  • Warranty Procedures

    Step 1

    Please assure that the warrantable item is under warranty period and matches with the warranty condition as stated below.

    Step 2

    Send it to us by a safe packing with any kind of postal/courier approach. We will attach a detail precedures whenever we send the items that you purchase from Qwerty. You can also send to us personally according to the address.

    Step 3

    Send us an notification by email or phone.

    Step 4

    Once we received the product/item from you, we will contact you immediately.
     
  • Warranty at Service Center

  • Warranty Condition

    Product/item that falls into the following categories will be considered out of warranty:
    1. Warranty period has expired.
    2. Warranty documents (receipt/proof of purchase) is not attached to the product/item sent in for warranty claims.
    3. The warranty is null and void under the limitations and exclusions contained in the warranty cards including but not limited to:

      • Defect is caused by misuse, abuse, negligence or accident.
      • Defect is caused by either impact, liquid, sand or ant damage.
      • Defect is caused by use of unauthorized replacement parts or repair work performed by unauthorized personnel.


     
  • Warranty Charges

    There will not be any charges of product/item which accord the warranty condition, but the shipping fee of the warranty product will be under customer's responsibility.
