Can I just come to QWERTY ONLINE shop to purchase item with Cash & Carry / Cash on Delivery (COD) approach?
No, we do not provide any retail dealing approach for our customers; every transaction has to be done through the Internet, but we do provide self-collection service for our customer.
I found out some of QWERTY ONLINE selling items' price are lower than the market price, is it a defective product or rejected items?
We would like to emphasize to our customer that our selling items all are 100% genuine and distributed under local authorized distributor, which means they all are entitled to have the legal warranty protection from us / distributor. The items under 'Garage Category' are not guaranteed distributed under local authorized distributor, but the quality control is assured, and it comes with some warranty service respectively.
Does QWERTY ONLINE accept trade-in and top-up service?
No, we do not have any trade-in service for our valued customers.

After receiving the good, can I request for goods return and payment refund?
No, goods sold are not refundable strictly.


How fast can I receive the item(s) that I purchased after the payment is clear?

Initially it is not necessary; we strongly recommend you keep the payment document proof for future reference.

This is becuase we have appointed "mobile88.com" as our credit card service provider, thus "mobile88.com" will be shown on your credit card statement.
Why it diverts me to the "mobile88.com" during credit card payment as it shows "iPay88.com" before that?
In fact "mobile88.com" is the company and "iPay88.com" is the service name, both "iPay88.com" and "iPay88.com" are belongs to same service provider.

Can I ship the purchased item as a present to my friend with different address?
Yes, every customer is able to store up to 5 addresses for shipping purpose.

I am intended to ship the goods to overseas, does QWERTY ONLINE provides shipping to overseas?
No, Shipping is only for Malaysia Address, including East malaysia.

Would it be any risk of damage if the goods being shipped by the courier service providers?
No, because our wrapping team will use a proper and safe approach to pack and wrap the item, sponge and bubbles bags will always being used.
What if the product is damaged once unboxed?
Kindly contact us by phone or email immediately, we will assist you further due to the incident.

Can I choose the specific attribute for the purchase item?eg. color?
Yes, you can choose from the options available on the bottom of each product page.

Will my product in shopping chart disappear if I log out from the QWERTY ONLINE system?
No, as long as you are a register member of QWERTY ONLINE, the items in your cart will always exist unless you had manually removed it from the cart. For those guest customers which has not registered yet, the items in the shopping cart will disappear if you have close the browser due to the session and cookie setting.
How do I claim my warranty service if they is necessary?
You can either send back to us, or send the item to the nearest authorized service center / drop by center nation wide.
Does QWERTY ONLINE provide PC assembly service for customer?
Yes, it will refer to customer intention and it is FREE of charge.

Where is QWERTY ONLINE retail shop actually?
